I picked up The Chinatown Death Cloud Peril based on what I heard in your podcast, and I’m loving it! The writer in me gets a big grin every time I read about Gibson and Dent pounding out issues of The Shadow and Doc Savage at breakneck speed, and the sense of mystery and adventure make it a lot of fun. Thanks for the recommendation!
Ok…so I’m a late bloomer when it comes to listening to all the past episodes of ‘The Seanachai’. Listened to all the ‘How to Succeed in Evil’ episodes and then started listening to the remaining installments from the most recent going backwards.
But I got to ‘Three Stories’ and lost it. The last story is possibly the funniest thing I’ve ever heard! Why so funny, you ask? Maybe its the calm demeanor of your voice while recounting the event belying the deep seeded evil that was occurring or the sound effects of some one throwing a tantrum in the background or the sarcasm so think it rivals sucking a double think malt shake through a straw…or maybe, just maybe…its the fact the evil corporate empire has a new Darth Vader — and its name is Cafepress.com!
Are you sure they don’t have Edwin Windsor on retainer? 🙂
